Close your eyes to savor the flavor & enjoy the experience!

Make a memory today!©

So How do we make some memories?©

  • Turnoff any distractions.
  •  Silence and peace allow the senses to focus on the moment and your mouth to experience the flavor.

  • When sharing with family and friends. Everyone should close their eyes and take a small bite of food, placing it on the tongue, closing the mouth and slowly begin to chew.  While you slowly chew the bite, gently roll the food around your mouth with your tongue.

  • This allows your senses focus on the food and flavor which increases food awareness, flavor detection, taste  and satiety.  This allows you to remember the flavors and  make a memory of the moment of good food and Friends!

Senses©

Food is more than just fuel for our bodies. It has beauty , it can be visually appealing. There is also texture, flavor and aroma.

Our senses detect this. When I smell certain foods cooking, it stimulates memories. The smell of cookies or pies baking for the holidays. Gingerbread cookies, whimsical and fragrant with holiday spices.

This evokes a memory for me of past times and places with family & friends.
